Equipment Contracts

Those that have reached Season 3 and defeated the forces within, but have yet to reach Level 90, can be faced with the ugly prospect of having earned equipment that they are not of a high enough level to use. The Equipment Contracts are here to deal with that problem, allowing characters above Level 70 to use Level 90 equipment as needed!
