[Updated] Conquer Niflheim Events

UPDATE: The winners for Week 3 of the Zecallion Clear Challenge have been announced, and the winners for weeks 1 and 2 have changed as a result of illegitimate player behavior. Full list of winners are available here and more information on the changes can be found here.

Niflheim Challenge Events

Zecallion is without a doubt one of the toughest bosses to hit Niflheim, but we know there are mercenaries out there that are so skilled that Zecallion is nothing but a minor speed bump. Think you got what it takes to take Zecallion down and compete with other skilled Vindictus players?

From Thursday, March 26 to Thursday, April 16, test your strength with 3 special Niflheim Challenge Events.

Zecallion Clear Challenge

Team up with your fellow mercenaries and become one of the fastest Zecallion killers known on your server! The party with the fastest clear time will earn 50,000 NX per party member, and receive an exclusive "Zecallion Conqueror" title (no stats attached). Since this event is running on each server, there will be 3 winning parties each week to receive the notoriety as the greatest Zecallion eliminator known in the community! The 2^nd and 3^rd place teams to fastest kill time will also receive 30,000 NX per party member! Note that this is a server wide competition! This week it might be a West Server team taking the 1st place reward, next week it can be East! New winners will be announced each week on this webpost and Twitter, so check back every week!

Zecallion Hunting Season

In addition, when players from all servers collectively defeat Zecallion a total of 9,000 times within the event period, all players will receive a “Witness to the Impossible” title. This is a combined effort from the West, East, and Australia mercenaries, so make sure you all go Zecallion hunting! If this achievement is met, the title will be sent out to all players (even if you never defeated Zecallion) on Monday, April 20. Check back here and our forums to see if the goal has been reached!

Cleaning Up Niflheim

During the event period, any player who completes the Succubus Queen, Blood Lord Reborn, and Zecallion dungeons will receive a “Niflheim Conqueror” title. We can all rest a little easier when these legendary monsters are taken down. Titles will be given on Monday, April 20.

Fixed Gem Boxes Event

Ever get disappointed receiving a gem that won’t be beneficial for your character? What is Lann going to do with a gem that gives a Magic Attack boost?! During the Fixed Gem Box Event, you won’t have to feel that anymore! Defeat any of the Niflheim dungeons in either Normal or Hard mode and receive a Special Gem Key Fragment. Visit the General Store in Colhen and stroll into the Gem Box Store to exchange 1 Special Gem Key Fragment for a Fixed Gem Box! This means opening an Emerald Box will guarantee you an Emerald Gem for your bracelet. No need to have luck on your side!

Weekend Warrior Double EXP Event

Efficiency is key in this war against evil. Why work harder when you can work smarter? During the Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays of the event period, receive 2x Battle Quest EXP when completing a dungeon. Slay evil whenever you want the exercise!
