UPDATE: With the July 8th Maintenance, we were able to reward all players that qualified for an American Flag Bandana but did no receive one with the July 1st Maintenance. Thank you for your patience as we resolved this issue.
It appears that a number of characters that had logged into their characters for the American Bandana Login Event were not properly rewarded during the July 1st Maintenance.
We apologize for the error. We are currently investigating what went wrong with the rewarding of the Bandanas and plan to make sure that every character that was eligible for an American Flag Bandana receives it. We will let you know more as soon as we can.
Additionally, if you know you should have received a Bandana and did not get one, you can submit a Customer Support Ticket, and we will ensure that you will receive your American Flag Bandana.
