Vindictus Team recently found out that there have been a bug in relation with the usage of the Premium Enhancement Rune.
We are to fix this issue during the maintenance this week (2021.06.15).
Originally the Premium Enhancement Rune available at the Crystal Exchange Shop exchangeable for 30 coupons was not supposed to be destructed in case the enhancement succeeds.
However during the below period of 2020.02.25 to 2021.06.14, the Premium Enhancement Rune has been destructed after the enhancement success.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused for the above issue and will be sending you the Premium Enhancement Rune for the users that have used or possessed the Premium Enhancement Rune exchanged from the Crystal Exchange Shop.
For the users that have used the Premium Enhancement Rune acquired through the Crystal Exchange Shop and got destructed after the enhancement success between the period of 2020.02.25. after maintenance to 2021.06.15 before maintenance the destructed amount of Premium Enhancement Rune shall be sent to character mailbox
(For instance if an user had succeeded the enhancement 3 times by using the Premium Enhancement Rune acquired through the Crystal Exchange Shop, 3 Premium Enhancement Rune shall be sent to the character's mailbox)
※ The compensation mail shall be deleted on 2021.12.07. However the attached Premium Enhancement Rune shall not have an expiration date.
And for the users that have the Premium Enhancement Rune, the Premium Enhancement Rune specification shall be changed into 'not destructible after enhancement success' during 2021.06.15 maintenance.
