5. Enhancement Failure Improvements

▶ The process of an item being destroyed when an enhancement fails and having to restore it by paying AP to the Strange Traveler at Colhen Inn has been removed.

  • Items are no longer destroyed when an enhancement fails, and immediately become restored items.

The AP that was needed to be paid to the Strange Traveler when restoring the item will now be consumed when reforging.

→ Items that become restored items but can't be reforged after a failed enhancement can be used without a separate AP cost.

→ You need to pay AP to the Strange Traveler to restore items that were destroyed due to a failed enchantment.

  • The amount of AP required for a reforging is the same as the previous AP cost that was paid to the Strange Traveler for restoring.
  • Items that have been destroyed due to failed enhancements before the update must be restored by paying AP to the Strange Traveler at Colhen Inn.

In this case, there is no AP cost for reforging.

  • There is no AP cost for reforging items that have been restored through the Strange Traveler before the update.

Developer's Notes: Previously if an item was destroyed, players needed to gather enough AP to restore it, making the item unusable until they had the right amount. As an improvement, we've moved the AP use to reforging, so that players can still use an item even if it becomes destroyed due to a failed enhancement.

▶ The max enhance failure bonus granted upon enhancement failure has been increased from 60% to 90%.

6. Power Infusion Slots Added

▶ A Power Infusion Slot has been added to equipment and accessories for which Power Infusion is possible.

Developer's Notes: Necklaces, unlike regular equipment, are sent to the NX Storage Chest, and aren't able to have slots due to their internal structure. We apologize for the inconvenience.

  • Additional slots can be opened from the [Power Infusion] or [Slot Settings] screens.
  • Power Infusion is possible with additional slots.
  • Additional slots can be selected and applied from the [View Item Details] or [Current Equipment Slot Settings] screens.
  • Slot settings can be set differently based on each equip tab.

* Equipment without a selected slot will apply the stats from slot 1.

* The [Current Equipment Slot Settings] screen can be activated using the [Settings] button added to Battle Inventory.

* The slot settings will be reset upon registering an item with a Power Infusion slot to the Marketplace.

▶ Power Infusion Slot Info will be displayed in the item tooltip.

  • You can click on slots to change and preview the total stats from the Preview Detailed Info tooltip with the Alt key.
  • When comparing current equipment with the Shift key, you can click on slots to change and preview the total stats.

* However, the actual slot info won't be saved even if slots are changed with the Alt or Shift key.

7. Transform Auxiliary Equipment

▶ A feature where auxiliary equipment of the same level can be transformed.

  • Milletian Small Shield, Milletian Large Shield, Milletian Focus, Book of the Milletian
  • Ardri Small Shield, Ardri Large Shield, Ardri Focus. Book of Ardri
  • Can be accessed from Dianann and Rabi Whistle NPCs.
  • Only Lv. 105+ auxiliary equipment can be transformed.

• 5,000 gold will be used.

  • You can proceed with a Lv. 105+ character.

Developer's Notes: It's been set up so that most measures such as enchantments, Power Infusion, quality, tradability, etc will be maintained.

However, dye information may be reset, and if there is an enchantment that can't be used on the newly transformed equipment,

that enchantment may be removed, so please be careful.

▶ The repair costs for Lv. 105+ Focuses, Small Shields, and Large Shields have been lowered to match that of Totems.

  • Focus: 74% Decrease
  • Small Shield: 63% Decrease
  • Large Shield: 66% Decrease

- The repair costs for Focuses, Small Shields, and Large Shields under Lv. 105 have been lowered.

  • Focus, Small Shield: 74% Decrease
  • Large Shield: 76% Decrease

▶ The sale price of Lv. 105+ Small Shields and Large Shields to shops has been increased from 7,000 to 10,000 gold.

▶ The amount of AP and gold obtained by incinerating Lv. 105+ Small Shields and Large Shields has been slightly increased.

Developer's Notes: We've determined that the repair costs for Lv.105+ auxiliary equipment should all be the same with the newly added auxiliary equipment transformation system. By using Totems, which had the cheapest repair costs, as the standard, the repair costs of Focuses, Small Shields, and Large Shields across all levels have been greatly reduced. Please note that the sale price of certain items has been changed during the process of setting the item value based on the repair costs.

→ Expertise Crafting UI

→ Equipment Rental UI

▶ Fixed instances of the incorrect enhancement level being shown in the preview window when using Ferghus's +1 Enhancement Coupon (Gift).

▶ The following UI's item tooltip display areas has been moved to shw when hovering a cursor over the item icons.

  • Quick Departure or Battle Quests → Main Reward Item Window
  • Crafting Window
  • Marketplace > Material Tab

■ Mag Mell Arena

▶ The Champion Skill keys will be locked to 1 and 2 after entering the Arena.

Developer's Notes: Previously, Champion Skills were connected to the character's Quick Slot, and based on how the Quick Slot keys are set, they were difficult to utilize. This measure is designed to address that difficulty.

■ Crafting

▶ An item consumption notice pop up has been added when crafting with enchanted, Power Infused, Superior or higher rarity, and 3 Star quality or higher equipment items.

■ Item Chest Improvements

▶ You can open additional chests other than currently open ones with the newly added eye icon next to the Item Chest / NX Storage Chest icons.

  • You can use, equip, register, etc items as before even when an additional Item Chest is open.
  • You can move items between the currently open Item Chests with Ctrl + Right-click while the additional Item Chest is open.

▶ A button that can move 10 slots at a time has been added on each side of the move button in the NX Storage Chest.

■ Help

▶ Changed display method of Menu (Shortcut Key: T) > Help.

  • Searches for all strings including in titles and details when searching.

■ Convenience Features

▶ A [Use Item] menu has been added to allow for use of Guild Heavenly Feathers and Guild Divine Feathers on another character by right-clicking the character's name from the chat window.

▶ The character block list can be managed by account.

  • When character "A" blocks another character, the blocked character will be reflected on the block list of all characters under the same account.
  • Unblocking a character will also be reflected on the block lists of all characters under the same account.
  • The existing block lists will be unified upon logging in after the update.

▶ When using a Quality Booster Coupon, you can preview the resulting item stats.

▶ Hide/Show weapon in town feature has been added.

  • "Hide Weapon" is only applied in town.
  • The "Hide/Show feature can be applied from the weapon slot.
  • Only applied to the weapon slot, and doesn't include the auxiliary weapon slot.
  • Certain animations that use the weapon may look unnatural when the weapon is hidden, so we recommend you use it when you want to prevent the weapon from hiding the character model selectively.

* We will make sure to apply the Hide/show weapon in town feature as soon as possible.

■ Misc.

▶ If there is a time difference of 30 minutes or more between the actual time and the time of the PC that was used to log into the game, a related notification will display.

Developer's Notes: A large gap between the actual time and the time that's set on the computer can cause issues in game play. We recommend you set the time on your computer as closely as possible to the actual time in order to avoid any inconveniences in game play.

▶ Added the TAB key as a shortcut for "End Conversation."

  • You can still end a conversation with ESC and 0 as usual.

Developer's Notes: We believe that having the End Conversation feature bound to the 0 key was too inaccessible for left-handed players. As such, we have improved access to this function by adding the function to the TAB key.

▶ When deleting text in the RGB box from the Dye Ampoule Quick Search in the Marketplace, the cursor won't go in front of "0."

▶ You can now give multiple gifts to a merc at once.

Thank you everyone!
