■ What is an Honor Medal?
By default, Honor Medals can be earned by completing Ein Lacher battles.
You can earn 1 by completing an Ein Lacher battle once, and you can earn bonus medals based on which performance medal you get.

You can also earn 3 extra Honor Medals by completing all of that day's Ein Lacher battles, and can also obtain from the many types of seals based on their respective probabilities from the Seal Vending Machine inside of the Guild House.
■ Honor Medal Exchange Shop
You can hold up to 1,000 Honor Medals, and you can earn up to 20 a day. Acquisition limit resets at 07:00 AM UTC every day.
You can exchange the medals you've collected for various items in the Exchange Shop.
