There was an issue with the 'Regular Outfit Sets (15 Days)' and these will be given out to those that are eligible to receive these on November 13th, 2018 (After Maintenance).
As for the '20 Outpost Fine Fatigue Draught (Gift)' reward, it will be removed due to an internal issue and all users will receive 3 'Divine Blessing Stones' as compensation.
