We would like to inform you that all the Grimden Registration-related CS tickets that were eligible to receive the rewards have already been taken care of.
This is an additional friendly reminder to those that may have Grimden Registration-related issues and are yet to submit those CS tickets.
We would highly recommend you to send in your Grimden Registration-related CS tickets by 11 PM, January 10th, 2019 (PT), as it may be difficult for us to take care of this issue after this time.
