[Pre-Notice] Termination of 32-bit Client Support on 7/4 (Tue)

Greetings Mercenaries,

 

After the maintenance on 7/4, support for the 32-bit client will be discontinued.

If you are playing on a 64-bit operating system, you can continue to play without any separate upgrades.

However, it will no longer be possible to select the client dropdown through the Arena Launcher and Steam Connector after the discontinuation of support for the 32-bit client.

If you are playing on the 32-bit client, please refer to the provided instructions to avoid any inconvenience while playing the game.

 

  • How to upgrade to a 64-bit operating system:

If you already use a 64-bit operating system, you can continue using it without any separate upgrades.

However, if you need to upgrade to a 64-bit operating system, please first check if your CPU supports a 64-bit operating system.

[Windows 10 or newer]
Settings > System > About > System type: Check for "64-bit processor."

 

[Windows versions older than Windows 10]
Start Menu > Accessories > System Tools > System Information > System type: Check if it includes "x64" ("x86" indicates a 32-bit processor).

 

If you have a 64-bit processor, you can upgrade to a 64-bit operating system and use the 64-bit client. [Instructions for 64-bit update]

If you have a 32-bit processor, you may need to replace your CPU with one that supports a 64-bit operating system and then upgrade to a 64-bit version of Windows to use the 64-bit client.
