1. The story is available from the Strange Traveler in Colhen.
2. Obtain the Strange Traveler's Water Balloon by completing the story.

• • Throwing a water balloon at a monster will do damage.
  • The monster may also sometimes be frozen or slowed down.
  • When a monster is hit with a Water Balloon, water will splash.
  • 10 Water Balloons can be equipped to the Quick Slot.
  • Cannot be used in Royal Army/Redeemers. (Can be used in Raids.)

3. You'll get 10 free Water Balloons your first time.
4. After that, you can buy 10 Water Balloons once each day for 1,000 Gold.

• • The story repeats daily.
  • This event is on a per-character basis, and characters of all levels can participate.

• Every time you use Strange Traveler's Water Balloons, it counts towards obtaining the title.
• There is 1 title available.

> Requirement: Use Water Balloons 70 times
