We would like to inform you that Google accounts that have been inactive for more than two years can be deleted, according to the Google Policy.
Please find below for the details:
- Google reserves the right to delete an inactive Google Account and its activity and data if you are inactive across Google for at least two years.
- The deletion process will start on December 1, 2023.

Google Account deletion may cause:
- You may not be able to access Vindictus game data linked to your Google account if that account has been inactive for two years and got deleted.
- For Google account recovery, please contact or visit Google Account Help. Please note that Nexon cannot support you with the Google account recovery.
Please keep your Google account active to protect your game data and avoid account deletion.
