First, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the sudden unscheduled maintenance.
We would like to provide detailed information regarding the modifications made and the corresponding corrective measures taken during maintenance.
The maintenance was carried out to address an issue in which the extraction UI was activated when right-clicking the "Metal Clamp" item,
and an enchantment scroll was erroneously extracted when equipment bearing certain enchantments ("The Dead", "Chaser's", "Passion") were registered.
Accordingly, during the unscheduled maintenance on Friday, February 21, the issue was fixed, and recovery measures have been taken to reclaim any unjust gains—both direct and indirect—obtained through this error.
Details of the error occurrence and remedial actions are as follows:
■ Occurrence Period:
After server maintenance on Thursday, June 16, 2022 - Before unscheduled maintenance on Friday, February 21, 2025.
■ Cause:
During the development of the item "Enchantment Extraction Scroll (Calm, Dash Exclusive)"—which was originally sold when the rhod item was first introduced—a temporary rule implemented for testing purposes was inadvertently applied to the live game.
■ Remedial Actions:
A total of 19 users were affected.
It was confirmed that these users had used the erroneously obtained enchantment scrolls on other equipment or sold them in the marketplace and NPC shops to acquire gold.
The unjust gains obtained during the affected period have been fully recovered.
■ Compensation Notice:
We deeply regret the distress caused by this error, which occurred due to the testing procedure being mistakenly implemented in the live service, contrary to our original design intentions.
To express our sincere apologies for the inconvenience, we will be providing the following compensation package via in-game mail:
- Additional Expedition Boost (3 days): 1 unit (Account Sharable) [Valid until March 20, 2025]
- Core Boost Plus Service (+3) (3 days): 1 unit (Account Sharable) [Valid until March 20, 2025]
■ Details of Core Boost Plus Service (+3)
- Upon use, all character in the account earns the following effects for 3 days:

Upon clearing a battle using Core Boost, you will receive an additional 3 cores (6 cores on Hero+ difficulty).

The Core Boost Plus Service (+3) (3 days) does not apply to Royal Army Raids or Space Time Distortion Battles.

If you had previously received the Core Boost Plus Service (+3) (3 days) effect on battle completion, that same effect will apply when you use Resenlian's Battle Completion Scroll.

If you use the same item while the Core Boost Plus Service (+3) is active, the effect's duration will be extended by the duration of the item used.
