we would first like to thank you for the in-depth feedback and data you've sent regarding the stat overhaul applied to the Test Server.
We are currently refining the system based on player opinions and would like to provide an update on the direction of the second round of adjustments.
Additionally, we will introduce further changes to improve the gameplay experience for dodge-based characters.
1. 2nd adjustments for the Stat System
The core objective of this adjustment is to clarify the value of Destructive Power, especially the "Destructive Power II" granted by top-tier equipment.
To this end, we have increased the value of Destructive Power II itself and have rebalanced related coefficients.
1.1. 3x Increase to Destructive Power II Value and Efficiency
To preserve the value of top-tier equipment and clearly distinguish between growth stages, the Destructive Power II value on Uaithne and Eriu equipment will be increased.
- Key Changes:
- Existing Destructive Power II stats will be multiplied by 3.
- Per every attempt in Eriu Weapon Power infusion: Increase 15, Max 3000 → Increase 45, Max 9000
- Per every attempt in Eriu Head Power Infusion: Increase 5, Max 880 → Increase 15, Max 2640
- Per every attempt in Uaithne Weapon Power Infusion: Increase 15, Max 1500 → Increase 45, Max 4500
- Per every attempt in Uaithne Head/Hands/Feet Power Infusion: Increase 5, Max 440 → Increase 15, Max 1320
- Per every attempt in Uaithne Chest/Legs Power Infusion: Increase 5, Max 740 → Increase 15, Max 2220
Through this adjustment, for top-tier players, the total amount of Destructive Power obtained from equipment will increase by approximately 12,480, and the maximum Destructive Power will significantly rise from 18,140 to 30,620.
1.2. Rebalancing of Destructive Power Related Coefficients
In line with the increase to Destructive Power II, we have rebalanced the overall stat system to clarify the role of each stat.
- Destructive Power (Formerly: ATT Surplus) Efficiency Adjustment
- (09/10 Test Server) 1 Destructive Power = +0.001% Final Damage
- (09/17 Test Server) 1 Destructive Power = +0.003% Final Damage
- (Planned for 09/24 Test Server) 1 Destructive Power = +0.0022% Final Damage
1.3. Attack (ATT) Curve Adjustment
The diminishing returns curve for ATT will now begin earlier, making the efficiency transition point for shifting investment to Destructive Power more tangible.
- (09/10 Test Server) Before DEF+18000: 100% applied / +18000~+28000: Curve / After +28000: 0.2x
- (09/17 Test Server) Before DEF+10000: 100% applied / +10000~+20000: Curve / After +20000: 0.1x
- (Planned for 09/24 Test Server) Before DEF+6000: 100% applied / +6000~+16000: Curve / After +16000: 0.1x
1.4. Defense Penetration (Formerly: Counterforce) Coefficient Adjustment
To enhance the efficiency of Defense Penetration, the defense ignorance value will be increased.
- (09/10 Test Server) 1 Defense Penetration ignores 5 of enemy's DEF
- (Planned for 09/24 Test Server) 1 Defense Penetration ignores 8 of enemy's DEF
2. Additional Improvements for Dodge-Based Characters
Based on your valuable feedback on our new ‘Just Dodge’ system, we are making additional improvements to further enhance the gameplay experience.
- Upon a successful Just Dodge, the brief "stun" that would cause the character to momentarily freeze will be removed, allowing for smoother and more continuous movement.
- The 'Just Dodge' system will also be applied to the first dodge of Teide Hurk.
