We would like to inform you that all the EIRA registration-related CS tickets that were eligible to receive the rewards have already been taken care of. This is an additional friendly reminder to those that may have EIRA registration-related issues, and are yet to submit those CS tickets. We would highly recommend you to send in your EIRA registration-related CS tickets by 11:59 P.M., May 16th, 2019 PT, as it may be difficult for us to take care of this issue after this time.
