Please take note of the details and update regarding the Urgent Maintenances:
Urgent Maintenance (June 18th, 2019) Details:
During yesterday’s maintenance, there were a handful of users found that have already opened the incorrectly distributed Razer Event Reward (Eira Registration Package). Accordingly, to achieve and sustain fair gameplay and to prevent any further occurrence of abusive actions in-game via the misuse of certain items, we have temporarily banned those users. And the majority of the banned users will be unbanned when all the items have been retrieved.
- Please refer to the actions taken during the June 18th, 2019’s maintenance below:
- Removal of the incorrectly sent Razer Event Reward from mailbox.
- Removal of incorrectly sent Razer Event Reward contents (in package form).
- Distribution of correct Razer Event Reward.
- Temporary ban on users that have opened the incorrectly distributed Razer Event Reward (Eira Registration Package).
Urgent Maintenance (June 20th, 2019) Details:
The matter of incorrectly distributed Razer Event Reward (Eira Registration Package) was further investigated and we saw the need for additional item retrieval execution from what was remained from yesterday’s item retrieval. Please note that there were very few users that may be banned for a little while longer, due to their abuse in misuse of the incorrectly distributed Razer Event Reward (Eira Registration Package).
- Please refer to the actions taken during the June 20th, 2019’s maintenance below:
- Unban on majority of the previously banned users (the very few that have decided to abuse the systematic error of incorrectly distributed Razer Event Reward (Eira Registration Package) will remain banned until further noticed).
- Removal of incorrectly sent Razer Event Reward contents (individual items within the packages, if Eira Registration Packages have been opened).
