■ Character Friendship System 4th Update
- The 4th bonding rank, "Confidant," will be revealed.
- You can now develop your relationship with mercs from "Close Ally" to "Confidant."
- The first short story for each Confidant merc will be revealed.
- The new story can be experienced by developing your relationship with a merc.
- You can view new dialogue with mercs based on the changed relationship.
- Mercs you reached Confidant stage with will tire less in missions compared to "Close Ally" mercs. When you request Power Stance from mercs that reached Confidant stage, the duration of Power Stance will be a bit longer.
- With the addition of the Confidant stage, new Friendship Achievements will be added.
■ Season 4 Episode 2 Extra 1: Spearhead of Paradise Lost
[Battle Quest]
- Added a new raid battle, "Spearhead of Paradise Lost."
- Up to 4 players at Lv. 100 or higher can participate in the battle, in the Mount Celsina region under Toward Taratha.
- A new boss monster, Ragnahim, has come.
- There is a daily limit of 1 battle victory. (You can depart for 1 additional time through the 2-week limited additional departure event during 9/22 - 10/6.)

■ Dressing Room Update
1. Wardrobe Skills
- Wardrobe Skills have been expanded.
- You can use 12 additional Appearance Preset Slots. (Appearance Preset Slot [25] - Appearance Preset Slot [36])
- You can use 3 additional Emotes. (Emote: Balloon Swing / Flower / Soap Bubbles)
- You can use 3 additional Emblems. (Emblem: Teddy Brooch / Turtle Brooch / Fish Brooch)
- You can use 4 additional titles. (Title: Wardrobe Rat / Style Over Specs / No Accounting For Taste / Fashionista)
- You can have 2 more Premium Outfit Dye Ampoules.
- You can obtain 3 more Clone Outfit Crafting Boxes.
2. Simulation Area
- You can now use Back/Wings/Tail items in the Simulation area as well.
- You can now use the newly added Lens items in the Simulation area.
- Even the list of outfits you do not own will be separated into the All/Head/Top/Bottom/Arms/Legs tabs.
- You can now try out Back/Wings equipment and Tail equipment you do not own.
- You can now use durational items that you own as well.
- You can now add Dye Ampoule colors you use often to Favorites and use them.
- The Favorites list can be used shared by all characters in the account.
3. Appearance Settings Area
- Added a button for moving left behind the Appearance Settings screen in the space where characters stand.
- When you press this button, you will be moved to the last slot.
- You can include and save durational items in the Appearance Preset Slot.
- You can also save appearance items selected with unlimited passes in the Appearance Preset Slot.
- When you change the appearance applied with an unlimited pass in the Avatar Shop or the Outfitter Shop, the appearance for the unlimited pass saved in the Appearance Preset Slot will also change.
- When a durational item in use expires, a warning icon will show in the Battle Appearance Settings list and the Appearance Preset.
- You can now save Lens items to Appearance Preset Slots and use them.
4. Battle Appearance Settings
- You can change the order of Battle Appearance Settings.
- The changed order will also be reflected in the Appearance Preset and the character location in the Appearance Settings screen.
■ Inner Armor
- You can now designate the color of inner armor that are automatically equipped from wearing an outfit.
- Added a feature where you can change the color, only for inner armor that is automatically equipped.
- You can change the inner armor's color from a part of the outfit that applies the inner armor.
- You can change the color of the inner armor by using the dye preset switching feature.
- If the inner armor changes from combining multiple parts from different outfits, you can select one of the colors for those outfit parts as the inner armor color.
- When you select and save an inner armor's color, that information will be saved to the outfit.
- The color set for the inner armor will also be reflected in the preview.
- If there are multiple dye slots, you can designate the inner armor's color for each dye slot.
- Added description on color selection to the Change Inner Armor Color window.
■ Avatar Shop
- Added lenses.
- You can check the appearance in the Lens tab in the Avatar Shop.
- Basic Cosmetic Contacts

- Added 7 colors unique to lens, which cannot be selected from the eye colors under Basic Appearance.
- You can set different colors for the left and right sides of the lens.
- Lens are items that can be equipped on the pertinent slot. Lens items are placed in the NX Storage Chest.
- Added a slot where you can equip lens items to.
- Lens Slot is located under the Hair Slot in the NX Storage Chest.
- Changed the location of the existing Beard/Makeup, Body Tattoo, and Robe Slots.
- Developer Commentary:
- In the past, we created eye-shaped items equipped in the character's Head Slot, like Neamhain's Odd Eye. However, due to the game's implementation structure with wearing equipment, it was difficult to maintain and newly update these items per each character in the long run, if they were to exist as equipment items. Thus, we had stopped these items' use from being expanded to new characters and stopped more of these items from being created in the game.
We are reworking it as a customization item that can be equipped on top of equipment instead of being an equipment. (Like makeup or tattoos.)
This is a method that facilitates maintaining, newly updating, and adding new characters for these items, like other customization items.
We have no plans to discontinue the use and creation of these like we did for the case before.

- Improved so that motions before/after all attacks are faster.
- Improved the part where it could not hit monsters well with some close range attacks.
- Removed some ranged attacks to increase battle efficiency.
- Fixed the issue where the comrade would temporarily stop in the air while performing a teleport attack.

[Lethor]
- Upon landing a successful attack with Tiger Strike, you will have the Aura Surge status effect applied for 3 seconds.
- While you are under Aura Surge status, Tiger Strike's damage will be decreased. The status effect stacks up to 3 stages.

- Fixed the issue where you could block a monster's attack by attempting Diamond while you have the Invulnerable status effect applied.

- Changed the hitbox for Kai's Headshot.
- Changed so that Headshot applies when you hit the destructible area for monsters you can destroy part(s).
- If partial destruction is done, Headshot no longer applies.
- Does not apply to certain destructible areas where it requires certain attacks.
- Fixed the issue where the Headshot effect would sometimes not display for Kai using Cross Gun.
[Karok]
- Fixed the issue where the Blast: Destroyer status effect's count was deducted even if a party member was hit with a Blast attack, when Blast: Destroyer was applied to a Karok using Cestus.
■ Battle
[Redeemers]
- Changed so that you can still depart and play, even after you consume all weekly completion counts.
- You cannot obtain rewards for departures beyond the restriction, which is (successfully) completing 4 times a week.
- The count still applies for Temporal Missions, Guild Missions, etc.
- Hell difficulty Redeemers battles will be kept the same as before.

- Changed so that you cannot be invited to guilds if it has not been 24 hours since you left a guild.

- Added the Enlarge NPC Dialogue Window option under Menu (T) > Options > UI Settings.
- Through this option, you can either enlarge the NPC dialogue window in size or apply the default size.

- Improved the hands/feet graphics for the exclusive inner armor for Eira's Platinum Raid outfit.
- Fixed the issue where the fixed inner armor's color displayed dark when equipping the Special Curvy Stripes One Piece outfit.
