Regarding the Redeemer's Battle Progress for the second character, we are well aware of the issue and would like to let you know that the fix will be made during the Weekly Maintenance of August 27th, 2019. Originally, if an account had a character that had completed 100% of the Redeemer's Battle, the second character would be receiving twice as much battle progress based on the previous conditions met. However, this effect is currently not being applied, giving our players less than what they should receive. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused and will bring the fix to you on the scheduled date above. Thank you for your patience and understanding regarding in advance.
